Welcome from Wisteria and Chamberlain Catering 2010 Season
Our catering crew is dedicated to bringing you the love in food form. Whenever possible we buy from local organic growers and free trade wholesalers. For our carnivore friends this year we bring our fabulous charcoal grill and smoker to help take the cooking out of camping. In addition, to vegan and vegetarian burros and to go items all day every meal will offer at least one vegan or vegetarian option. We've spent years cooking for all kinds of diets and now have a fantastic source of excellent rice pasta so that folks with wheat allergies need not worry about any of our pasta dishes including our incredible lasagna, sides and to go pasta. Finally, everything we serve we hand prepare. From the beans in the burros to the succulent and rather spicy Thai curry everything is made from scratch with wholesome ingredients and a loving intention to your bliss.

Caffeina's Cosmic Cafe Restaurant and Coffee House Now a Free Wi-Fi Hot Spot Caffeina's provides an extensive selection of full meal specials for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try our hot and homemade breakfast and dinner selections -- the like of which you will be surprised to find out in the woods. For lunch, grab-and-go sandwiches to take to workshops and ice cream treats for cooling down. We have such extended serving hours that there is no excuse to find yourself hungry. Most food cooked on-site by our skillful kitchen staff to please both omnivore and vegetarian. We serve a delightful array of organic, shade-grown, free trade coffee drinks. Cold beverages delight all and quench thirst. Sweet tooths will be fed with decadent baked goods (cakes, cookies, brownies, pastries) locally made and delivered daily from local worker-owned Crumbs Bakery. At lunch and dinner, enjoy live musical performances on Caffeina's Stage. |

Wisteria Dinner Menu (subject to change) Nightly Entrees available at Caffeina's. Each night, we will have several dinner entrees available for both omnivore and vegetarian. We make all our food home-style and try to add as many local/organic ingredients as we can. In addition to the regular entree meals, we also have nightly specials. There's no need to rough it when it comes to food. Meals range from $10 - $12 and include a generous helping of sides as well as the entree. Compare our prices for healthy food as compared to the high cost of fast food to appreciate our healthy food alternative. Our popular tab program: set up an account at the beginning of the week using a credit card, we'll keep a tab for you during the week, check out before you leave. Many guests eat all meals from Caffeina's to save the time and cost of preparing and storing food at their encampment. Alternatively, you may want to eat some meals at your campsite and some with Caffeina's or to go. The choice is yours, we'll have the food hot and ready . . .
