Meal Plan for Autumn Fires includes the Saturday Night Open Fire Feast
There will only be meal plan food options at Autumns Fires (no food merchants)
Starting Thursday night dinner Caffienas will be serving a (non-vegitarian) meal plan at Autumn fires full of heart warming home cooked food. You will get six hearty meals, three dinners and three brunches featuring lots of home cooked goodness. We are planing for Lasagna, Ham and Cheesy Potatoes, & BBQ Chicken as dinners and a variety of other meals as the market allows for the freshness and yummyness. Plan on being well fed and enjoying yourself as you celebrate the autumn harvest with us. Meal Plan includes the Saturday Night Open Fire Feast.

Make sure to show the correct number of people using the "Quantity" button. Use your browser's "back button" between sections to add registrations and meal plans. If you need a merchant space please add to your registration below. After you register, we will contact you with more information and an email confirmation. To save time at the gate please download - sign- and print our waiver and bring it with you to the gate. Thank you!

Need a Merchant Space? Register for the Autumn Fires Festival and then register your merchant space. Sites will be limited. Merchant sites are $50 more

If you are local or staying at a hotel and would like to come and go instead of camping, please inform the Gatekeepers when you arrive so that you can be directed to the commuter lot .
Gates open at 8:00 am on Thursday, October 16. Please do not arrive ahead of that time as we do not have the capacity to hold many cars at our entrance..
To Register By Snail Mail please download our registration word file, fill it out, print it, and send it along with your check to: Wisteria, Inc. Attn: Cornstalk (Pam) 39617 State Route 684 Pomeroy, Ohio 45769. Wisteria will send you registration comformation via email and/or snail mail.
Refunds for Registration Fee. Requests for refunds of registration fees must be postmarked or emailed no later than Oct 10, 2008 in order for a refund to be granted. Refunds requested by then will be returned in late October or sooner if possible.

Wisteria Autumn Fires Saturday Only Day Rate
Day Rates will be for Saturday, October 18 only! Gate opens at 8:00 AM
If you are local and would like to come to Autumn Fires on Saturday only you can register below or pay at the gate. Day rates will include camping thru Sunday Oct 19.Saturday registration does not include the Saturday feast. Doors close at 3:00 PM Sunday the 19th.
If you would like to participate in the Open Fire Saturday Feast please register for Autumn Fires and make sure to sign up below for the feast as well.
