On-line Registration for Autumn Fires coming soon Adults $50 At The Gate Age 13 - 17 $30 At The Gate Age 3- 12 $20 At The Gate Under 3 Free Wisteria Autumn Fires Saturday Only Day Rate Day Rates will be for Saturday, October 18 only! Gate opens at 8:00 AM If you are local and would like to come to Autumn Fires on Saturday only you can pay at the gate. Day rates will include camping thru Sunday Oct 19. Saturday registration does not include the Saturday feast. Doors close at 3:00 PM Sunday the 19th. Gates open at 8:00 am on Saturday, October 18. Thursday October 15 is for early set up and relaxation, there will be no planned programing until Friday October 16. Registration Rates for The Wisteria Autumn Fires Festival 2009 October 15 through October 18, 2009 Meal Plan Registration will close Oct 10, 2009 Autumns Fires Meal Plan with Saturday Night Open Fire Feast. Starting Friday at lunch, Caffienas will be serving a (non-vegetarian) meal plan at Autumn fires full of heart warming home cooked food. You will get five meals, lunch and dinner Friday, lunch and open fire feast dinner Saturday, and brunch on Sunday. Please bring supplemental breakfast, snacks and drinks for between meals. We are planing for Lasagna, Hamburgers, Ham and Cheesy Potatoes, & BBQ Chicken, and more as the market allows for the freshness and yummyness. Plan on being well fed and enjoying yourself as you celebrate the autumn harvest with us. The cost for the Autumn Fires meal plan is $40 for people age 13 to adults, $25 for children 3- 12, and under 3 free with adult meal plan. Be sure to pre-register for your meal plan below. On-Line Registration with Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discovery, American Express) To Register on-line for Autumn Fires Festival, please use our "add to cart" buttons below. Select the number of people and write in each of their names for each section. Don't forget your meal plans. Make sure to show the correct number of people using the "Quantity" button. Use your browser's "back button" between sections to add registrations and meal plans. To finish your registration, click the "Check Out" Button. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. After you register, we will contact you with more information and an email confirmation. Thank you! If you are local or staying at a hotel and would like to come and go instead of camping, please inform the Gatekeepers when you arrive so that you can be directed to the commuter lot . Gates open at 8:00 am on Thursday, October 15. Please do not arrive ahead of that time as we do not have the capacity to hold many cars at our entrance. To Register By Snail Mail please download our registration word file, fill it out, print it, and send it along with your check to: Wisteria, Inc. Attn: Cornstalk (Pam) 39617 State Route 684 Pomeroy, Ohio 45769. Wisteria will send you registration conformation via email and/or snail mail. Refunds for Registration Fee. Requests for refunds of registration fees must be postmarked or emailed no later than Oct 10, 2008 in order for a refund to be granted. Refunds requested by then will be returned in late October or sooner if possible.
