Wisteria Summer Solstice  June 14 - 21 

Wisteria Summer Solstice Gathering. June 14-21, 2009.  Manifesting a week-long magical village celebrating eco-spiritual culture.  Community-driven activities blended with performance and ceremony create rich opportunity for personal development and group transformation.  Featuring eco-activist and spiritual author Starhawk, Three-night Alchemifire Ceremony with Jeff McBride, Owain Phyfe and more.  Two stages for music and performance, bonfire drumming and dancing, workshops, rites of passage, merchanting, fire-spinning, bliss, family-friendly.  Adults: $135-170/Kids $35-$75. www.wisteria.org

 

 Wisteria Cornstalk Festival   July 29 - August 2

Wisteria Cornstalk Festival: Spirit, Earth, Art and Music.  Music, art, and performance converge for a 5-day eco-spiritual event to empower positive consciousness and highlight eco-friendly technology.  Amphitheater and stages with high-quality sound in beautiful natural setting.  Theme encampments, art installations, demonstrating artists, dance, bonfire drumming and dancing, merchanting, fire-spinning, bliss.  Day pass available. Autumn Fires   October 15 - October 18, 2009

Autumn Fires: Harvest, Halloween and Hallows (7th annual).  Hardy campers celebrate seasonal color with concert, feasting, workshops, Ancestor’s Shrine and campfires. Seasonal event featuring community-wide pottery workshop – take your art home.  All night pottery pit-firing with drumming and dancing.  A kid’s paradise with cooperative play, crafts and other seasonal activities.  Family friendly.
