Seasonal Special: Wisteria 2012 Season Pass Membership Program For a limited time,Wisteria is offering a Season Pass Program. Purchase a season pass to receive one admittance to all major events sponsored by Wisteria for the 2011 season at a reduced rate. A $352 value. Each Wisteria Season Pass includes admittance to the following major events: Wisteria Summer Solstice: Manifesting a Seven Day Magical Community (June 17 through June 24, 2012). Early adult rate $150 Worm Hole: The 7 day day space before Starwood (July 2- July 9, 2012). Featuring XIV X-DAY 2012 (July 2 to July 9). Adult rate $84 ($12 per night) Wisteria Cornstalk Festival: A Magical Convergence of Music, Earth, Spirit, Art (August 31 - Sept 3, 2012). Early adult rate $68 Autumn Fires: Halloween, Harvest and Hallows (October 12 -14, 2012). Early adult rate $50 + Free Extra Days! Holders of season passes are allowed through the Wisteria gate the day before each event starts. This is a highly-prized benefit as it allows holders to get situated before the event starts. (Note: except for season pass holders, only staff, performers and pre-registered merchants are allowed in before the start of Solstice and Cornstalk. Merchants who purchase season passes will not need to pay the $25 fee for early arrival.) + Merchants with a season pass, will receive a 15% discount on thier merchant booth (must pre pay for merchant space, see below) + With purchase of a season pass, you will receive a numbered Wisteria Membership laminated card with the assurance that you have prepaid and pre-registered for the 3 events (no need to register for each event!). Event attendance is transferable so if you cannot come, you can arrange with us to permit another person in the same age bracket [see below] to use your pass. |

To Register on-line for a 2012 Wisteria Season Pass Membership, please use our "add to cart" buttons below. Select the number of people and write in each of their names in each section. Make sure to show the correct number of people using the "Quantity" button. Use your browser's "back button" between selections to add registrations or donations. To finish your registration, click the "Check Out" button.
After you register, we will send you your season pass membership card along with an explanation via postal mail. Also, we will send an email confirmation of the transaction.
By Registering or attendending any Wisteria event you are aggreeing to the Wisteria Waiver and Wisteria Guidelines.

Merchants with a season pass, will receive a 15% discount on their merchant booth to attend all 3 events : Wisteria Summer Solstice, Cornstalk, and Autumn Fires.

Merchant Sites for season pass holders for all 3 events. In addition to purchase of merchanting site, each merchant and all employees/helpers must also be paid attendees. Merchant sites are available in three sizes: 15 foot frontage for $127.50 (regularly $150), 30 foot frontage for $191.25 (regularly $225) and 50 foot frontage for $255 (regularly $300). If you wish for more than 50 foot frontage, purchase multiple sites to accomodate the frontage that you need. Remember to factor in tent ropes for overall space needed. In addition to booth, merchants may also camp at their sites. All merchant sites are a minimum 30 foot deep. The number of sites are limited and no electric service is available at booths. Merchant space will be assigned prior to the event. Returning merchants can specify in the "comments" box if they would like their previous site(s). Please read details about merchanting at Wisteria in order to prepare for a successful outdoor merchanting experience.

Wisteria Season Pass Membership 2012 Policy
1. The season pass remains property of Wisteria Event site and may be revoked temporarily or permanently if any of the rules and guidelines are violated by the season pass holder.
2. If pass holder is unable to attend any of the events for any reason during the 2010 event season, no refunds will be made.
3. Use of the season pass can be transferred to another person of the same age bracket group or younger. To transfer attendance for an event, the owner of the season pass should contact the Wisteria Event site at least two weeks prior to the event to provide the name of the individual that will be using their season pass. Please email Wisteria at info@wisteria.org to arrange for a transfer.
4. You must show a photo ID upon entrance to each event.
5. Your season pass does not include any additional camping made available following an event. If cardholder wants to camp additional day(s), additional camping fees will be required.
6. Wisteria Event Site is not responsible for a lost or stolen pass. In the event of a lost or stolen season pass, you should report the loss to Wisteria Event Site so that you can be issued a replacement pass. Proper identification is required to receive a replacement. Once replaced, your old card becomes invalid and will be refused at the gate. Please secure your season pass card to avoid loss.
7. Minors will not be permitted to attend events without a parent or guardian onsite at all times.
8. Wisteria Event Site reserves the right to revoke any season pass without refund for:
a. Violation of event site rules and/or safety procedures and regulations as posted on-line and throughout the event site.
b. Assisting another person in any way to obtain unauthorized entry into Wisteria Event site.
c. Any violation of federal, state, or local laws while at Wisteria Event site.
d. Any unacceptable conduct deemed by Wisteria Event site Management to interfere with the safety or enjoyment of other guests.
e. Entry into Wisteria Event site before or after gate hours.

To Register By Snail Mail. Please print our season pass word registration, fill it out and send it along with your check or money order to Wisteria, Inc. / Attn: Season Pass (Pam) / 39617 State Route 684 / Pomeroy, Ohio 45769.
