Weddings at Wisteria
Our campground is available for wedding and other special occasion rentals!
Looking for a beautiful outdoor venue for your wedding, retreat, or other private function? Our campground is available! August and September are our most popular months for private site rentals, but if you’d prefer another date, we can generally meet your needs outside of our events and community weekends.
Our standard wedding contract offers a variety of service levels from basic site rental to premium services. Contact us at events@wisteria.org if you’d like to know more, or schedule a site viewing!
Our basic site rental includes exclusive use of the entire campground (80 acres), including all outdoor spaces such as the Heart Hearth, Paw Paw Drum and Dance Circle, Hickory Grove, Kids Village, and more. Clean, regularly pumped portable toilets, including accessible toilets, are included as part of the basic site rental, located wherever you need them.
Premium services we offer, for an additional fee, include:
- Use of our commercial kitchen, with multiple gas burners and ovens and other equipment
- A bonfire staffed and managed by experienced fire tenders
- Use of our eight tap, two CO2 pressure keg system (you must provide kegs, sixtels only)
- Bartending service
- Sound system package
- DJ service
- Outdoor propane heaters, for colder months
- Pavilion tent rental for Heart Hearth or other area, including setup and teardown
- Outdoor heated rinse showers
- Golf cart chauffeur service
- Reserved RV spaces with electric hookups
Note, some services and sites may be unavailable at certain times of the year. For example, our campground water is shut off during the winter months, and the pond is closed winter and spring due to weather and to give our critters time to do their thing.
