Since 1996, Wisteria Event Site has been home to many different events and communities. We are a private, alternative, and unique space for people to truly be themselves. If you’ve never been to one of our events before, we welcome you with open arms! For everyone else, welcome home!

We produce three events per year, featuring workshops, vendors, music, celebrations, community, and fun. Summer Solstice, in June, celebrates the ancient and modern traditions of the season. Appalachian Herbfest, in August, explores the culinary, medicinal, practical, and historical elements of the plants, trees, and fungi of the area. Autumn Fires, in October, welcomes the fall with music, nightly dancing and drumming fires, kids programming, arts and crafts, and more.

In addition to our own events, we also host The Starwood Festival, operated by Rosencomet Productions. A full week event in mid-July, Starwood is America’s longest-running transformational festival, and the birthplace of many traditions in the transformational event world. Over our years of operation, we’ve also hosted weddings, parties, private retreats and events, bird watching, stargazing, cultural arts festivals, and many other events.
